If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

• Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Important Notes

• Items must be returned in unused, original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is approved
